Learned Advocate appearing for the state submits that the petitioner obtained statutory bail initially. The petitioner jumped such bail. As the petitioner did not appear before the court, warrant of arrest was issued. The petitioner was subsequently taken into custody.

In view of the conduct of the petitioner as noted above, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. 881 of 2021 is dismissed.
