Ayan ... for the petitioner The petitioner is aggrieved by the order no.01 dated 10th July, 2023 passed by the ld. District and Sessions Judge, Barasat in criminal revision no. 221 of 2023. There are grievances of the petitioner in respect of the interim order. However, the ld. Addl. Dist. & Sessions Judge is still in seisin of the of the criminal revision no. 221 of 2023, as such, I am not inclined to interfere. However, I direct the revisional court to dispose of the revisional application (criminal revisional no. 221 of 2023) within a period of 60 days from the next date so fixed. The petitioner would be at liberty to take up the issues canvassed in the present revisional application before the ld. Dist. & Sessions Judge at the time of hearing of the revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 368 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. This court has not gone into the merits of the case or the contentions so advanced by the petitioner. As the ld. Sessions Judge is in seisin of the revisional application, as such, the ld. Sessions Judge would independently consider the issues so canvassed.
