1. The petitioner alleges that the revenue authorities have issued a death certificate in the name of Muchha Sheikh, who is stated to have died on 12th May, 1995, but he had died much earlier.

2. We are unable to understand as to how this can be a public interest litigation.

3. Therefore, we find no ground to issue the direction, as sought for.

4. With the above observation, writ petition is dismissed.

5. It will be well-open to the aggrieved persons to move before the authorities, if so advised.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
