It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the subsequent facts which have transpired after the filing of this petition, this petition cannot be proceeded with any further. A fresh writ petition, being WPO No. 389 of 2024 has also been filed subsequent to the initiation of this proceeding.

In such circumstances, this contempt application stands disposed of as infructuous. CPAN 121 of 2023 in WPA no. 3432 of 2019 stands dismissed.
