1. In the garb of this application, the bank has sought recalling and/or modification of the order dated February 20, 2026 passed by this Hon'ble Court, the Bank is really seeking an extension of time to enable the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Kolkata, to complete the proceedings as the time afforded in the order of February 20, 2026 has expired on March 5, 2026.

2. Writ petitioner has also acquiesced to such a prayer as he is in the process of filing a similar application.

3. Since the parties are ad idem that the time should be extended to enable the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II to complete the hearing and pass a judgment, the time to do so is extended till March 27, 2026. No adjournment should be granted to

any of the parties, by the Tribunal, while disposing of the matter.

4. This application is accordingly disposed of partially allowing the same by extending the date as aforestated.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
