Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 5th February, 2021 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 5th February, 2021, it is revealed that in the 6th paragraph of the order instead of "revised arrear pension", it should be read as "revised gratuity and revised arrear pension". The other portion of the order dated 5th February, 2021 shall remain the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
