1. By this writ petition, the petitioners allege that nearly 20 persons have secured the appointments as teachers by producing fake/forged ST community certificates. In this regard, complaint was lodged and since details were not provided, the authorities directed the petitioners to provide all the details and copies of such alleged fake/forged ST community certificates.

2. In compliance with the said direction, the petitioners sent another representation dated 20th August, 2024 mentioning the names of 18 persons, who are alleged to have obtained fake certificates. Those 18 persons have not been impleaded as respondents in the writ petition. Therefore, no positive direction can be granted.

3. However, since the certificates are said to have been issued by the office of the 4th and 5th respondents, we direct the petitioners to appear in person in the office of the 4th and 5th respondents, submit copies of the representations as well as all the documents alongwith the copy of this order, after which the 4th and 5th respondents shall examine the matter and proceed to take action in accordance with law after

notice to all the persons against whom allegations have been made.

4. The entire exercise be completed within a period of four months from the date on which the petitioners appear before the 4th and 5th respondents and submit copies of the representation.

5. With the above observations/directions, writ petition is disposed of.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
