The report submitted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipurduar dated 15th February, 2024 through the learned District Judge, Alipurduar stating that the petitioner Ratanlal Agarwal had expired on 13th April, 2019 as per the report from the concerned Police Station and a case was filed for death on 28th September, 2021, is taken on record. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application becomes infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
