And In Re : Mantajul Mondal @ Ifel @ Mantaj Mondal ...... petitioner Mr. Sumanta Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Avishek Sinha ....for the State The petitioner was involved in the assault of the victim. Nature of injury suffered by the victim, apparently, is life threatening.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 389 of 2023 is dismissed.
