Status report filed by the State be kept with the records. 2.

Prima facie from the material in the case diary, we find sufficient incriminating evidence against the petitioner. The examination of the victim girl is still not complete. 3.

Considering the vulnerable status of the victim girl, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage. 4.

CRM (DB) 400 of 2025 is, thus, dismissed.
