Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer directing the Sales Tax Officer, Bally Range/respondent no.1 to consider and dispose of its representation dated 11th November, 2021 making prayer for issuance of RPO relating to assessment year 20172018 upon which the respondent no.1 is sitting tight. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 11th November, 2021 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of passing such order. This writ petition being WPA No.1822 of 2022 stands disposed of.
