Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. Petitioner has challenged the present proceedings praying for quashing of the revisional application being Criminal Motion No.363 of 2022 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore.
Petitioner-in-person submits that the criminal motion was subsequently transferred to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 18th Court, Alipore, although no document to that extent is available before this Court.
Be that as it may, the Criminal Motion No.363 of 2022 as has been informed is fixed on 28th July, 2023. Learned revisional court is directed to dispose of the revisional application within three months of the next date so fixed by way of fixing regular dates as an interim measure. The judgment in connection with the revisional application be pronounced by 18th November, 2023.
With the aforesaid observations, CRR 273 of 2023 is disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
