Mr. Abhimanyu Banerjee Ms. Priyanka Yadav ... for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed praying for a direction upon the learned National Company Law Tribunal, BenchII at Kolkata to dispose of an interlocutory application registered as I.A.(CP) No. 05(KB) of 2021 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that such an application was filed for modifying the interim order and the same is pending since 2021. He submits that the next date for hearing of such application has been fixed on 17th July, 2025.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned tribunal. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, C.O. 299 of 2025 stands

disposed of by requesting the learned National Company Law Tribunal, Bench-II at Kolkata to make an endeavour to dispose of the interlocutory application being I.A.(CP) No. 05(KB) of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
