Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered against the petitioner by an order of unreported decision of this court dated 19th December, 2022 in WPA 1226 of 2020 (Sajjad Ali - vs - Union of India & Ors.) where the similar issue was involved and the writ petition was dismissed. Considering such submission of the petitioner and the aforesaid order of this Court, this writ petition being WPA 1225 of 2020 is dismissed. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
