And In Re : Rekha Mondal Petitioner Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain For the Petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Avik Ghatak For the State Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the crime, as transpired from the statement of the daughter of the victim produced before us resulting in the death of the victim, we are not inclined to allow this application for anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 893 of 2021, is, accordingly, dismissed.
