Petitioner has approached this Court as the case 08.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.175 Rakib record of Ghola Police Station case no. 02/2020 was not traceable.

Having regard to the prayer so advanced, I am of the view that WPA 1923 of 2024 is not maintainable and is consequently dismissed.

However, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Learned Registrar Judicial (Services), High Court, Calcutta who would take steps in accordance with law. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
