Mr. Bose, learned advocate appearing for the applicants submits that in spite of communication of the said judgment, the same has not been complied with, till date.

The applicants are directed to serve copies of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors intimating that the matter will be taken up for further consideration on 2nd April, 2026 and to file an affidavitof-service on the returnable date.
