This application has been filed to condone the delay in filing the recalling application and to recall the order dated 10th May, 2018 by which the appeal was dismissed and for a consequential direction to restore the appeal.

None appears for the applicants/appellants.

From the order sheet, we find that from January, 2018, there has been no representation on behalf of the applicants/appellants. Even today, there is none to represent the case of the applicants/appellants. Thus, it appears that the applicants/appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter any further. Consequently, the application being I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2018 (Old CAN 5752 of 2018) stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
