...for the appellants The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that in view of the subsequent development and the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 2nd April, 2018 read with order dated 1st May, 2018 in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 3502/2018, this appeal has now become infructuous. The orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court have been placed before us and the same are taken on record.

It appears that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 13th December, 2017 was modified by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by the order dated 2nd April, 2018.

In view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 2nd April, 2018 read with order dated 1st May, 2018 disposing of the issue, the appeal has now become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
