Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the representation having been submitted the police authorities on and from November, 2024 did not take any action and the petitioner has been passing her days in agony and anxiety.

State has submitted a report. Report dated 10.02.2025 reflects that the situation subsequently was peaceful. The two minor daughters are regularly attending the school being Basina Free Primary School. There were no disputes at least on February, 2024, however, in October, 2024 there was certain hot altercation and disputes. To that effect at the relevant point of time proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS was drawn up against the petitioner as well as the private respondents for maintaining peace and tranquility.

Having considered that the police authorities at the relevant point of time had taken steps primarily, it reflects that there is a difference and dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, police authorities as such would oversee that in case there is a scope of any untoward incident necessary measures be taken by the police authorities for maintaining peace and tranquility. With the aforesaid observations WPA 2110 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
