And In Re : Sujoy Talukder alias Sujay Talukdar Petitioner Mr. Subir Ganguly Mr. Srimanta Ganguly For the Petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Mrs. Puspita Saha For the State We have perused the earlier order of rejection dated 24th November, 2020 in CRM 7285 of 2020 with CRAN 1 of 2020. We do not find any change in circumstances. The earlier Bench had taken note of the materials available in the case diary as also the allegations contained therein and the nature and gravity of the offence. In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 894 of 2021, is dismissed.
