Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of civil suit pending being title suit no. 250/2024 before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Chandannagore Hooghly, the petitioner is facing adverse circumstances because of the excesses inflicted by the private respondents. Learned advocate for the private respondents denies and disputes the contentions and submits that the petitioner has distorted facts to establish his dominance and for not allowing the respondents to participate in the civil suit in a fair manner. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects regarding the civil suit as well

as a criminal case being instituted being Tarakeswar PS Case No. 34/2025.

In view of the criminal case having already been registered, police have acted in accordance with law. As civil and criminal cases both are pending inter se the parties, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2118 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
