W.P.A. 2372 of 2021 (Radha Rani Mishra & Ors. vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) Ms. Jayee Maiti .... For the Petitioners Mr. Ansar Mondal ....For the State The grievance of the petitioners is directed against non-payment of compensation.

Mr. Mondal appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that there are private disputes between the petitioners and their family members and the same cannot be adjudicated in this petition. He further submits that the concerned authorities are ready to deposit the entire compensation amount but because of private disputes between the petitioners and their family members, there is no scope of making payment of the same to the petitioners.

In view of the disputed, complicated questions of fact that arose, which appear to be purely private in nature, there is no scope of passing any order in favour of the petitioners.

The respondents authorities are directed to deposit the entire compensation amount with the appropriate authorities in accordance with law and the

same be released after adjudication of the private disputes by and between the petitioners and their family members.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 2372 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
