The contempt rule is returnable today and the same is considered in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and the alleged contemnors.

Alleged contemnor no.3 is personally present before this Court and has filed affidavit of compliance affirmed on 17th April, 2023 which is taken on record.

Alleged contemnor no.3 has expressed unconditional apology and the same is accepted. It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the parties that the order passed by this Court on 4th April, 2022 has been complied with and the award has been released in favour of the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid scenario the contempt

rule is discharged and the contempt proceeding stands dropped.

Personal appearance of alleged contemnor no.3 stands dispensed with.
