Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by way of effecting premature release of the petitioner from custody.

A resolution in that regard and a communication dated June 24, 2025 filed in court are kept on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, although belatedly, the order of this court has been complied with.

In any event, since the order of this Court has now been complied with, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the contempt application pending.
