It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State that there are no injuries, which can be seen from the injury report collected in course of investigation by the police authorities. However, he submits that the police authorities were obstructed from discharging their duties. The seizure has been effected in respect of remnants of the bombs, which were hurled.

Having regard to the nature of the allegations, we direct the petitioners to surrender before the learned jurisdictional court within a period of four weeks from date. The investigating officer shall not arrest the petitioners for a period of four weeks from date and the petitioners would meet with the investigating officer once a week on and from 19th April, 2021 till they appear or surrender before the jurisdictional court.

While considering the regular bail, the learned jurisdictional court shall take an independent view without being influenced by any observation made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the application for anticipatory
