In Re. CAN 1 of 2023 This is an application for amendment of the name and address of the appellant no.1,3,4 & 5 in FMA 655 of 2016.

Learned advocate for the appellants submits that the name and addresses of the appellant mentioned in the Memo of the Appeal has been changed due to the issuance of Aadhar Card in respect of the name of the appellant. Accordingly, he prayed for amendment.

Head the learned advocate for the Insurance Company. Considering the submission CAN 1 of 2023 is considered and allowed.

The Department is directed to amend the Cause Title of the Memo of the Appeal in respect of appellant nos. 1,3,4 and 5 within a fortnight.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
