Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are disturbing the patta land which has been inherited by the petitioners, as according to the petitioners a portion of the land was unauthorisedly recorded in the name of the private respondents.

So far as the right, title and interest in respect of the land is concerned, that is the absolute domain of the appropriate authorities and/or the civil court concerned, this court will not enter into the said domain.

Petitioner complains that he has filed a proceeding under section 163 of the Cr.P.C. and the police authorities are evading to file any report. Accordingly, police authorities will submit the report before the learned Executive Magistrate prior to the next date so fixed.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2290 of 2025 is disposed of.
