Inadvertent typographical error crept in order dated 23rd May, 2025.
In the cause title portion of the order dated 23rd May 2025 "WPA 1292 of 2012" shall be read as "WPA 1292 of 2017".
Other portions of the order remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 23rd May, 2025.
Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
