"a. A Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents authority their men, agents, subordinates, employees to give NOC in favour of your petitioner to join the course for orientation and refresher methodology course.

b. A Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent authority their men, agents, subordinates, employees to authorised the leave of petitioner from 12th December to 18th December 2023."

It is an admitted position before the Court that the relevant Orientation and Refresher Methodology course has already been completed. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA 1941 of 2024 is dismissed.
