Prayer for expeditious hearing is the only issue of this revisional application.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act which was filed on 3rd may, 2017 and from then it is pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd, Court, Howrah.

That apart, from the copy of the orders annexed with the revisional application also suggest that the application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act is pending since 2017.

I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite party.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd, Court, Howrah is requested to dispose of the application

under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd, Court, Howrah.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
