1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is an eight year old girl. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down in July, 2023. Under such circumstances and in view of the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
