Mr. De, learned advocate for the petitioner is present. Mr. Agarwal, learned advocate for the State is also present. We have heard the parties and perused the case diary. Having regard to the relationship between the complainant and the accused person as also the nature of injuries, which are reflected from the report, we are of the opinion that the custodial detention of the petitioner is not warranted in the facts and circumstances of this case. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Sk. Iusuf Ali @ Sk. Yusub Ali shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The petitioner shall meet with the investigation officer of the concerned case on and from 19th April, 2021 until further orders. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.905 of 2021 is allowed.
