No. 125 under Mouza - Mahaldanga, Joypur, Bankura at the instance of respondent nos.9 and 10.

The report of the concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer as appearing at 44 of the writ petition reveals that the names of respondent Nos. 9 & 10 have been recorded as a raiyat in respect of the relevant plot in the record of rights.

The petitioner, however, has failed to demonstrate before this Court any of his rights with regard to the said plot.

A property dispute, in any event, cannot be adjudicated by this Court.

Accordingly, WPA 2083 of 2025 is dismissed.
