For the State The petitioners pray for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners in terms of the notice dated 7th November, 2017.
The report submitted by the respondents demonstrates that the respondents are ready and willing to disburse the said amount in favour of the petitioners.
In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the compensation in favour of the petitioners in terms of the notice under Section 12(2) read with Section 31(1) of the
Land Acquisition Act, 1894 dated 7th November, 2017 within one month from the date of communication of this order.
W.P.A. 1855 of 2022 is thus disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
