Bhowmick ....for the petitioner Mr. Joydeep Biswas Mr. Pratick Bose ....for the State It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by this Court. At the last line of the order sheet instead of "26.03.2026", it should actually be "26.02.2026".

The said inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 18.02.2026 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that that other than the statement of a co-accused there are no incriminating materials available against the present petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that although there are no phone call records or money trail to implicate the petitioner, there are as many as six criminal cases all under the provisions of NDPS Act that were started against the present petitioner.

Considering the above, the other incriminating materials available in the case diary and the restriction contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
