Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Durgapur Police Station to investigate into FIR No. 593 of 2021 dated 24.12.2021.

The Police have completed investigation and filed Charge Sheet No. 24 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022 under Sections 341/323/325/506/34 of the IPC.

A further complaint of assault of the petitioner's husband has been registered as FIR No. 162 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023.

There is civil suit pending between the parties in respect of tenancy in connection with a shop room. There is an order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) , 1st Court, Durgapur in T. S. No. 154 of 2022.

The private respondents have also filed a complaint against the petitioner, which has been registered as FIR No. 163 of 2022.

It is expected that investigation into the subject FIR is completed within a period of one month from date.

8.

In the event of any further complaint against the private respondents, it is expected that coercive measures shall be taken against them.

9.

The Police shall ensure that order of injunction is strictly enforced.

10.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

11.

There shall be no order as to costs.

12.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
