2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the act of commission and/or omission by the respondent-financial institution under The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter, the said Act).

3. The petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy, which is statutorily mandated under the said Act, before the Tribunal constituted for this purpose.

4. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Tribunal, if so advised.

5. WPA 2048 of 2026 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
