Learned counsel for the appellant submits that his client does not wish to press the appeal any further. The written instruction dated 5th January, 2025 of the appellant addressed to his counsel is taken on record. 2.

Hence, MAT 122 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the dismissal of MAT 122 of 2023, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
