Imtiaj Uddin .......for the petitioner Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya ....for the State The petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order dated 29.11.2008, passed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur. By the said order, the Managing Committee of the Anandanagar Srinath Vidyapith, Paschim Medinipur, was asked to submit documents to consider the school's prayer for approving of a panel for recruitment to the post of Peon (Group-D).

This Court sees absolutely no infirmity in the request made by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur, in the impugned communication.

In any event, the prayer of the petitioner for approval of panel dated 11.12.2008, is

belated and stale and no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, WPA 1060 of 2011 shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
