Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is an accused in this case. After obtaining ad-interim bail he was regularly attended Court. On one occasion i.e., on 15.12.2021 he could not attend the learned Trial Court due to some misunderstanding in complying with the Covid norms. Accordingly, warrant of arrest was issued against him. The petitioner wants to join the proceeding at the earliest. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court at the earliest.
I have heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State and have perused the revision petition. It appears that the petitioner could not attend the Court on a single occasion. He wants to join the proceeding at the earliest. Let the petitioner surrender before the learned Trial Court within four weeks from date. The warrant of arrest issued against
the petitioner shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks from this date. In the event the petitioner surrender within the stipulated period of time and prays for bail, his application for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.
With the above observations the revisional application is disposed of.
