1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner is an unsuccessful candidate in the NEET-UG-2025. The petitioner was not allotted any seat in the various rounds of counseling and has presently approached this Court to seek admission to any College, if there is a vacancy.

3. Since the counseling and admission process has already come to an end, it would disrupt the entire process to accommodate the petitioner, who is an unsuccessful candidate.

4. In view of the afore-stated, WPA 2184 of 2026 cannot be entertained and is dismissed. No order as to costs. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
