Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor produces photographs to show that the unauthorised construction has been demolished. It appears from the photographs that the construction has indeed been demolished to a considerable extent and the debris is lying at the site. Accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The same stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
