The petitioner prays for reimbursement of the amount under AHVY Scheme. The reimbursement has not been made in favour of the petitioner on detection of several discrepancies, which have been made known to the petitioner. 3.

The documents showing intimation of the discrepancies to the petitioner are annexed to the writ petition.

It will be open for the petitioner to cure the discrepancies and rectify the defects; thereafter seek for reimbursement of the amount.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
