Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities regarding the grievances, no action has been taken by the Officerin-Charge, Kenda Police Station, Purulia. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS, 2023.

disputes and denies the accusations made in the writ petition as well as the representation so advanced before the police authorities.

In view of the police authorities having received the information, I direct the police authorities to inform the outcome of their decision to the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2095 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
