Ramnagar Police Station, Purba Medinipur has filed a report dated 4th April, 2023 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta, which is taken on record. It appears therefrom that on the petitioner's complaint, FIR No. 40 of 2022 dated 5th February, under Section 188/447/341/323/325/354/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered and chargesheet being C.S. No. 52 of 2022 dated 28th February, has been filed under Sections 188/447/341/323/325/354/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In that view of the matter, this Court finds no inaction on the part of Ramnagar Police Station.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
