Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation was not considered by the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad.
Having considered that the nature of the accusations which have been referred to in the information furnished to the SP, Murshidabad, I am of the view that the same are against certain public servants. Having considered the same, the procedure incorporated under section 175(4) of the BNSS or under section 223(2) of the BNSS is to be followed as the spirit of the information taken as a whole reflects a dispute regarding electricity connection being given to a person who is disliked by the present petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law.
The jurisdictional Magistrate will adhere to the provisions of the BNSS and thereafter pass necessary orders.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 2111 of 2025 is disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
