The present revisional application has been preferred against the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate in a proceeding under Section 12 of the PWDV Act.

Petitioner is granted liberty to pray for statutory appeal under Section 29 of the PWDV Act before the learned Sessions Judge.

Learned advocate on record for the petitioner would take back the certified copy from the department by replacing the photostat copy of the same order.

Accordingly, CRR 279 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
