The present application has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Pursurah Police Station Case no.98 of 2020 dated 11.06.2020 under Sections 341/325/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, adding Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, praying for bail.

Heard the Learned Lawyer for the petitioner as well as the State and perused the C.D.

Learned Lawyer for the State submitted that the petitioner was arrested after he was absconding for a period of one year. Presently he is in custody for 88 days.

Considering the seriousness of allegation, the complicity of the present petitioner and his conduct, we are not inclined to allow the bail application and the same stands rejected. Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM (DB) 345 of 2022, is dismissed.
