Matter relates to participation of the petitioner in 7th State Level Selection Test, 2023 for being appointed as Assistant Teacher in Arabic in classes IX and X.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that all options relating to question no. 59 under 'C' series and the options relating to question no. 67 are incorrect.

Petitioner prays for necessary direction due to wrong options provided to question nos. 59 and 67.

Learned advocate representing West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission has opposed the

prayer of the petitioner on the ground that written examination of Arabic was held on 3rd March, 2024 and result was published on 21st December, 2024. It is submitted that after the written examination candidates were invited to raise objection relating to questions in the said examination on 25th April, 2024. However, petitioner after participating in the written examination did not raise any objection.

Subsequently, result was published on 21st December, 2024 and the last date of interview was 15th January, 2025.

Having considered the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties it appears that the contention of the petitioner is wrong options were provided to two questions i.e. question nos. 59 and 67 in Arabic examination under 'C' series. However, petitioner participated in the written test on 3rd March, 2024 thereafter opportunity was given by the Commission vide notice dated 25th April, 2024 to raise objections against questions in the written test held on 3rd March, 2024. Petitioner within the stipulated time did not raise any objection relating to correctness of the options which were provided to those two questions i.e. question nos. 59 and 67. Subsequently, result was published on 21st

December, 2024 thereafter interview was held for the period from 6th January, 2025 to 15th January, 2025.

In spite of opportunity provided to the petitioner no objection was raised against any question in Arabic examination by the petitioner and there was publication of final answer key which is at page 51 of the writ petition.

In view of aforesaid facts and failure on the part of the petitioner to raise objection within the time as provided by the Commission this Court is not inclined to interfere with the selection process conducted by the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission at this belated stage.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.
